No. We are a private travel agency based in Taleex, Mogadishu. We are not the government. We act as your agent to manually process your application at the immigration office. The official government website is etas.gov.so, where you can apply on your own without our assistance.

We are physically located in the Taleex district of Mogadishu, Somalia. Because we are local, we can visit the immigration office in person to resolve issues with applications. You can view our location on Google Maps.

Applying directly is cheaper, but risky if you make a mistake (no refunds). Clients choose us for:

• Pre-verification: We check your documents before payment.
• Sponsor Letters: We assist foreigners who don't have a local host.
• Payment Ease: We accept Remittance/EVC, whereas the government site requires cards that sometimes fail.

Local Clients: Pay via EVC Plus.
International Clients: Pay via Remittance apps (WorldRemit, SendWave, Dahabshiil) directly to our mobile wallet. We will email you the details after you submit your form.

No. Our package prices (e.g., $99 or $150) include the government visa fee. You pay one total price to us, and we pay the government on your behalf.

For those existing applications we Fast-Trracked to approved, the approval email comes directly from the government email address.

Yes. This is part of our Foreigner (Ajnabi) Package ($150). We work with registered local hotels and agencies to provide a valid invitation letter required by immigration for non-Somali citizens.
